This week’s episode of Puff Digital’s Into The Weeds Podcast marks the return of Opie Ortiz. The Tattoo artist, muralist, and front man of Long Beach Dub Allstars shares his recent experience of being busted in Japan for weed.
Opie gives an incredibly candid interview regarding what it was like being locked up in Japan and not knowing when he’d get to see his family again. He also provides graphic details about his treatment by not only the police, but other inmates as well.

Can you imagine being locked up in a cell with no one who speaks your language?
Our regular listeners may remember Opie from episode 11, where Opie and his brother, the Doobie Raider, shared stories of how they both got into the weeds.
Toronto peeps you can see Opie perform July 31st! Don’t miss that shit!

Also, HUGE S/O to Programme Skate Shop in Orange County for letting us set up for the day. You dudes are the best!
Thanks for listening!
